On December 27 at 11:51, the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district received a signal via "102" that a man was allegedly beating his wife near the "Noorus" store on Lenin Street in the village of Novopokrovka. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene. However, when the officers tried to contact the caller, the woman who answered stated that they had left for Bishkek.
During the investigation, the man who appeared in the video circulated on the internet was identified as A. A. It turned out that on December 27 at around 11:30, he was traveling with his wife M. A. and their two daughters to Kemin to visit relatives. During the trip, a quarrel arose between the spouses. The man claims that when he tried to stop his wife, who was crossing the road with the children, he merely took her by the hand. Later, an unknown vehicle took the woman and the children towards the capital. A. A. denies using physical force.
Later, M. A. contacted the "102" service while already in Bishkek. As a result of the actions of the officers from the Oktyabrsky District Internal Affairs Department, a protection order was issued against A. A., and preventive measures were carried out.
Upon further investigation, the woman refused to file an official complaint, and no bodily injuries or other facts of violence were recorded. Explanatory conversations were also held with A. A. at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district.
Information about this situation was sent to the family's place of residence to organize further preventive measures.
