On December 10, 2025, in the village of Bakai-Ata, employees of the Situational Center of the Talas Region Internal Affairs Department recorded a serious violation of traffic rules committed by the driver of a "VAZ 21144" vehicle on video.
Inspectors from the Traffic Safety Department of the Bakai-Ata district quickly determined the location of the violator. As a result, the driver was detained and subjected to an administrative fine of 15,000 soms, and his vehicle was impounded.
According to law enforcement agencies, the driver opened the doors and lowered the windows of his vehicle while towing sleds with children, creating dangerous conditions for their safety.
