According to the Public Security Management, an investigation was conducted, after which the driver's identity was established. A report on the offense was drawn up against him, and he was fined 15,000 soms. The car was placed in a towing lot.
The agency noted that although the driver might have thought he was acting in an unpopulated area, roads and vehicles are sources of increased danger. Even in the absence of other road users, there is always a risk of a situation arising that could lead to tragedy. Violating traffic rules can have serious consequences at any moment, both for the offender and for other participants.
