In the Manas city hall, it was confirmed that municipal inspection staff identified the owner shortly after the incident and imposed penalties in accordance with current legislation.
As reported by the municipality, since the fall of 2025, the inspection has recorded cases of uncontrolled grazing of livestock in Manas and has drawn up 15 protocols. As a result, the animal owners were fined a total of 82,500 soms.
