According to the agency's information, the violators were apprehended that same night, and fines were imposed on the drivers.
“As a result of citizens' reports about instances of auto hooliganism, the drivers were fined a total of 30,000 soms.
In particular, the passengers of the 'SsangYong Rexton' and 'Subaru Legacy' cars violated the rules by leaning out of the windows. Inspectors applied sanctions to the drivers under Article 189 of the Code of Offenses, imposing a fine of 30,000 soms, and also placed the vehicles in a towing lot,” the official statement noted.
