According to information from the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh, officers from the Ak-Buura Internal Affairs Department arrested the criminals who threatened citizens and took money and valuables from them.
One resident of the Suzak district, born in 2002, reported to the Internal Affairs Department that on January 1, 2026, unknown individuals threatened him and took his mobile phone, model “iPhone 15 Pro.”
On the same day, another resident of the Nookat district, born in 2001, filed a similar report. He stated that around 11:00 PM, while he was driving his car in the Zhibek-Jolu (On-Adyr) microdistrict of the city of Osh, an unknown vehicle stopped him. Three men got out of it and, under threats, forced him to transfer 15,000 soms to their accounts via a mobile banking application installed on his phone.
As a result of operational-search activities, the following residents of the city of Osh were detained:
— M.Z., born in 2001,
— M.N., born in 2002,
— M.M., born in 2001.
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was established that this group may also be involved in other similar crimes. The investigation is ongoing.
The Ak-Buura Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh urges citizens who have been victims of the actions of these individuals to contact law enforcement agencies.
