According to the data, on April 19, 2025, a 33-year-old man named S. Ü. approached the Batken police station.
“The applicant reported that at the livestock market he made an agreement with a 22-year-old resident of the Kadamjay district, known as T.U., to purchase a cow with a calf for 115,000 soms. He paid an advance of 10,000 soms and planned to pay the remaining 105,000 soms within a week. However, the money has still not been returned,” the statement says.
This incident has been registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Batken City Police Department, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
According to information obtained during operational activities, police officers detained the suspect T.U.,” the message specifies.
