According to available information, a 46-year-old man named E.S. from Batken managed to gain the trust of the complainant by promising to assist in the release of his father, who is in custody. For his "services," the fraudster received 1.5 million soms and then disappeared, making up various excuses.

Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. As a result of operational activities conducted by the criminal investigation department of the Batken police, the suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility for a period of two months.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
