This decision was a result of the implementation of the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was adopted on December 31, 2025, and is numbered 388. The decree is titled "On Urgent Measures to Improve the Efficiency of Vehicle Technical Inspections."
The acceptance of applications will be suspended for the following categories:
- initial accreditation;
- accreditation extension;
- confirmation of the locations of CABs upon their relocation.
