Harm to the Environment. Parliament Calls for an Inspection of the Factory in Kara-Suu

At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Gulai Mashrapova appealed to the government with a request to conduct an inspection of the "Asphalt-Beton Group" plant in the Kara-Suu district for compliance with environmental standards.

According to her, local residents are expressing dissatisfaction regarding the smoke emanating from this enterprise.

“Although the plant suspended its operations on December 20 due to unfavorable weather conditions, it is scheduled to resume work in the near future. Therefore, it would be wise to check its impact on environmental safety in advance,” the parliamentarian noted.
