The predecessor of the new akim was detained by the GKNB
Changes in leadership have occurred in the Chui region: a new akim has been appointed. This became known from the press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to reports, Emilbek Abdykadyrov, who previously held the position of akim of the At-Bashy district in the Naryn region, will now head the Chui region.
It is worth noting that his predecessor, Ruslan Tagaev, was detained by GKNB employees on suspicion of abuse of official authority. During the investigation, it was revealed that he had illegally issued permits for the extraction of sand and gravel mixtures.
