The initiator of this bill was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The information about the project was presented by the Minister of Economy and Commerce, Bakyt Sydykov.
According to him, the goals of the bill are to optimize and simplify the processes of state procurement.
In addition, the bill introduces the concept of a state assignment in the context of state procurement, which is related to the implementation of key and strategic tasks of the state.
“Improving the legal regulation in the field of state procurement will contribute to the sustainable development of the country and strengthen its institutional structure,” he noted.
