According to the police, on January 14, 2026, a citizen identified as J.S., born in 1984, filed a complaint with the Suzak District Internal Affairs Department. He reported that in September 2025, a citizen identified as J.H. took 97 sheep from his farm, valuing each at 33,000 soms, and promised to pay the amount within two months. However, according to the complainant, the money has still not been returned.
Thus, the complainant incurred losses amounting to 3 million 201 thousand soms.
This case was registered by the investigative service of the Suzak District Internal Affairs Department under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code, and a criminal case has been initiated.
During the investigation, officers of the criminal investigation department detained the suspect — citizen J.H., born in 1983, and brought him in for questioning.
The Suzak District Court decided to place the suspect in custody for two months. The investigation is ongoing.
