The creation of the fund is outlined in the "Industrialization" section of the Cabinet's plan. The responsibility for implementing this measure has been assigned to the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance, which must determine the sources of funding.
The fund will be created to introduce modern technologies, including domestic developments, into key industries.
In the first quarter of 2027, the government intends to develop a mechanism for providing preferential financing to industrial enterprises through this fund, as well as to provide leasing of equipment and technologies on favorable terms.
As of the end of 2025, the volume of industrial production in Kyrgyzstan amounted to approximately $9.1 billion.
