According to the new decree, ballet dancers, performers of mime and gesture theater, drag artists, as well as circus staff such as gymnasts, acrobats, equilibrists, trainers, clowns, and wrestlers will be able to retire provided they have at least 20 years of experience and have reached the age of 50. This list also includes vocalists, choir artists, and musicians playing wind instruments.
The decree will come into effect on January 1, 2026, after its official publication.
