The construction of the plant, located on the 78th contour in the village of Chon-Kara-Buura, was initiated without proper registration, as established during the inspection by the inspectors.
Work at the site has been completed by 70%, and it is already operational. As a result of the inspection, a decision was made to impose a fine of 200,000 soms on the company "Granite Trans Service," and an order was issued for the necessity of registering the facility.
