Deputy Rustambek Sovetbek uulu, during a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh responsible for science, education, and information technologies, noted the growing interest of youth in IT education in the regions.
He emphasized that many young people cannot afford to study in Bishkek due to high costs of education and living.
In response to the deputy's question about the training situation, the director of the "High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic," Azis Abakirov, replied. He reported that a large American company specializing in dispatch services is actively operating in the Aravan district and the city of Osh.
“The company provides training and employment for local residents. However, knowledge of the English language is mandatory. They handle logistics for cargo for American trucks. This organization, which operates around the clock, has already created over 100 jobs both in Bishkek and Osh. Additionally, there is training at the 'Technopark' and 'Oloolo House.' Short-term IT academies are also held in the regions, where the training process lasts one year, after which certificates are issued,” Abakirov added.
