The training camp "School for Candidates for the Biology Team" took place in Sochi from January 16 to 26 at the Educational Center "Sirius," where teams from Kyrgyzstan and Russia gathered.
According to the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Kyrgyzstan team consisted of eight students who were under the guidance of Nursultan Uvaliev, a coach and member of the national biology olympiad.
The main focus of the camp program was on practical classes, which included three key training blocks:
- biochemistry;
- physiology of humans and animals;
- evolution, ecology, and biosystematics.
