Based on these facts, in accordance with Article 438 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, judicial proceedings have been initiated. The materials of the cases have been sent to the courts for further consideration.
Out of the total number of violators, 2,882 officials have already faced penalties in the form of fines, the total amount of which reached 13 million 674 thousand soms.
As for the remaining officials, the process is still ongoing, and the materials are at the stage of judicial proceedings.
