According to information from the press service of the city police department, on January 9, 2026, a 23-year-old woman known as N.Z. reported to them.
She stated that while leaving Osh International Airport, an acquaintance named Sh. openly stole her mobile phone, a "Redmi 5," as well as 11,500 rubles.
The incident was registered, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. As a result of operational search activities, the suspect was identified as 27-year-old Ya. uulu Sh., who was taken to the investigative authorities.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 ("Robbery") of the Criminal Code, and operational-investigative actions began.
