The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Benazir Nurlanova provided information on this issue.
She emphasized that the aim of the draft law is to improve legislation in the field of credit information, which, in turn, will create more favorable conditions for financial inclusion and provide citizens and entrepreneurs with better access to credit resources.
In particular, it is proposed to shorten the retention periods for credit information, which will simplify the process for borrowers to obtain loans, reduce the burden on the banking system, and promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
