This was reported by representatives of the traffic safety department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Jalal-Abad region.
According to the agency's information, the incident was recorded on January 28 at around 9:00 PM.
“A girl born in 2003, a resident of Manas, contacted the police. She reported that four strangers approached her in a Hyundai Sonata, covered her face with a sheet, used physical force, and forced her to get into the car,” the statement clarified.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers detained the suspects on the same day and handed them over to the operational investigative group of the Manas city internal affairs department.
