What's wrong with beshbarmak and kazy: experts explained the low scores of Kazakh cuisine

As a result, the list of the least tasty Kazakh dishes according to TasteAtlas includes "kazy," "shelpek," "beshbarmak," and "tokash." The lowest scores, just 3.3 out of 5, were awarded to "kazy" and "shelpek."

Kazakh cuisine ranked 92nd out of 99 countries, receiving a total of 3.9 points. This ranking, published by the World Population Review, covers the cuisines of various peoples around the world and showcases the diversity of gastronomic traditions.
