
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has made a decision regarding the minimum requirements for the operation of pawnshops in the country. This document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The main objective of the new regulation is to establish clear requirements for the organization of pawnshop operations. This regulation will apply to all legal entities that hold licenses for conducting pawnshop activities in Kyrgyzstan.
All institutions engaged in pawnshop activities must adapt their operations in accordance with the new requirements within six months.
The resolution comes into effect fifteen days after its official publication.
