A new campaign for the collection of a unified tax declaration, covering results for the year 2025, has been launched in Kyrgyzstan, organized by the State Tax Service.
The campaign will take place in two stages: legal entities, as well as state and municipal employees, must submit their declarations by April 1, while individuals and individual entrepreneurs have until May 1.
Those required to submit their declarations by April 1 include:
- local organizations that are not funded from the budget and do not have tax obligations for property tax for the reporting period;
- foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan with a permanent establishment;
- state and municipal employees;
- members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank.
Declarations must be submitted by May 1 by:
- individual entrepreneurs (except for those conducting activities in special trade zones, on a patent basis, or under single tax rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as peasant (farmer) households without legal entity registration);
- citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations, as well as in diplomatic and consular institutions of foreign states on the territory of the country;
- individuals who received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld during the reporting period.
Other categories of citizens, including those who wish to receive property or social deductions, may submit tax declarations on a voluntary basis.
Documents can be submitted electronically through the Taxpayer Cabinet on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg. The declaration must include information about income and expenses, activities, real estate, land plots, and amounts of taxes paid for the reporting period.
Additional information is available at territorial tax authorities, by phone at 116, or on the website www.sti.gov.kg.
