The Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Zhanibek Kerimaliev, presented information on this issue.
He emphasized that the goal of the draft law is to improve the legislation in the field of breeding.
Kerimaliev noted that changes and additions are planned to be made to the existing law "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Kyrgyz Republic," which constitute more than 50%, thus serving as the basis for developing a new version of the document.
The draft law establishes the main requirements for the export and import of breeding products (materials).
