Today, a presentation of the new Deputy Minister took place at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. This was reported by the department.
Talgat Zholchubekovich Umetaliev has been appointed to this position. The appointment order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
