Inspections of construction sites continue in Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the Ministry of Construction of the republic.
Inspectors from the city department of the State Architectural and Construction Control in Bishkek are monitoring the construction work in the capital.
During an inspection at the construction site of the residential complex 'Siren', located at 50a Jayil Baatyr Street, serious violations of safety standards were discovered during construction work.
In particular, the developer installed a concrete pump on the pedestrian sidewalk, which did not comply with the general construction plan. Additionally, a safety zone around the operating machinery was not organized—there were no temporary barriers, and responsible individuals did not monitor pedestrian safety.
Furthermore, at the time of concrete pouring at the construction site, there were no representatives from the engineering and technical service responsible for oversight.
As a result, a written warning was issued to the construction company OsOO 'Royal Construction', which is carrying out the work, and to the involved individual. Appropriate measures will be taken to eliminate the identified violations.
