Shykmamatov emphasized that the focus was not only on agriculture and processing but also on areas such as the textile and jewelry industries, as well as the development of sports and social initiatives.
The Chairman of the State Tax Service also noted that small and medium-sized enterprises retain the option to choose the most convenient tax system — whether it be the general tax, a single tax, or a patent. This allows entrepreneurs to adapt their tax obligations based on the actual volumes of their activities, which, in turn, contributes to the formation of a stable tax base for the state.
Furthermore, Almambet Shykmamatov highlighted that tax rates in Kyrgyzstan remain among the lowest in the post-Soviet space, creating a strategic advantage for attracting investments and developing human capital.
