According to information provided by the Traffic Police Department of the Osh region, on February 4 of this year, a 29-year-old resident of the Uzgen district, U.B., driving a "Honda Stepwgn," violated traffic rules. He ignored the traffic light signal and entered the oncoming lane.
As a result, he was assigned the following fines:
- 5,500 soms — for failing to comply with traffic light requirements,
- 15,000 soms — for entering the oncoming lane.
Thus, the total amount of the fine was 20,500 soms.
