In Kyrgyzstan, personal assistants are exempt from independently purchasing an insurance policy

Furthermore, starting from March 1, 2026, personal assistants will no longer need to independently purchase the mandatory state insurance policy. This function will now be carried out through the interaction of the territorial divisions of the Ministry of Labor and the tax service.

These changes are aimed at simplifying the payment process for the services of personal assistants who provide care for children and individuals with disabilities.
