In the local history center of the Moscow district of Chui region, work continues on researching the historical significance of ancient artifacts used by Kyrgyz, Slavs, and other peoples.

This was reported by a Turmush correspondent.

The museum, which currently operates as a local history and information center, was opened in 1988 based on the sports complex "Urozhay" in the village of Belovodskoye. In 2002, it moved to the House of Culture, and in 2008 — to the children's creativity center "Tañ nury".

The museum's exhibits include items used by ancient Kyrgyz and Slavs, such as spindles for spinning, leather armor of warriors, and devices for washing.

The leather used for making various products is processed animal hides (from cattle, sheep, and goats). Sources claim that warriors used leather items for their durability and flexibility, which allowed them to protect their hands while using shields and swords.

Among the Slavic exhibits, there are devices for spinning, combs for combing wool, as well as a machine for producing oil from cream. Visitors are also interested in a painting dedicated to the Belovodsk uprising of 1917–1918. Additionally, Belovodsk has its own coat of arms and anthem.

At present, the museum continues to clarify historical data about its exhibits and update information.
