She stated that on December 27, around 15:00, in the coastal area of "Green City," an unknown young man committed illegal actions against her daughter, born in 2010.
It was also reported that the suspect, under threat, damaged a "Redmi" mobile phone. This fact has been registered, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 158 ("Lewd Acts") of the Criminal Code.
Additionally, on December 30, 2025, a resident of the Ton district, R.B., born in 1977, approached the Ton District Police Department. The applicant reported that on December 12, 2025, he hired a citizen, Ö.K., born in 2001, through the "Lalafо" application to graze 30 heads of Arachan sheep.

According to the applicant, on December 28, O.K. took the animals away in an unknown direction. The material damage amounted to $15,000 (1,320,000 soms). This fact has been registered at the Ton District Police Department, and a criminal case has been initiated under part 3 of Article 210 ("Embezzlement or Misappropriation of Entrusted Property") of the Criminal Code.
Thus, on February 6, 2026, as a result of operational-search activities, officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Balykchy City Police established and detained the suspect in these cases. He turned out to be a resident of the city of Balykchy, Ö.K., born in 2001.
During the preliminary interrogation, the suspect admitted his guilt. By the decision of the Balykchy City Court, a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months has been chosen against him. Investigative actions are ongoing.
