In a recent interview, Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Marlen Mamataliyev stated that the main duty of civil servants is to execute the decisions made by the president. He emphasized that the president is a key figure whose instructions must be followed by both ordinary citizens and representatives of the civil service.
“The president occupies a central place in our country, and we all must adhere to his decisions. Every civil servant, while performing their functions, understands the hierarchy of power: just as a soldier obeys a general, civil servants must act in accordance with the established order,” Mamataliyev added.
