The new changes adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concern the resolution "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities," approved on December 14, 2023, under number 678.
These changes are the result of the implementation of the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at activating the securities market and exchange activities.
The main goal of this resolution is to eliminate unnecessary administrative barriers for enterprises with state participation, which should contribute to the faster development of the securities market in the country.
