In Kara-Kul, measures to prevent offenses among adolescents were discussed

On February 11, an extended meeting took place in Kara-Kul, where measures for preventing offenses among youth were discussed.

Present at the event were the mayor of the city, Nurtilek Orozbaev, prosecutor Ilyichbek Isamambetov, head of the Department of Internal Affairs Nurbek Tolonov, and other important figures, including students from local schools.

The purpose of this meeting was to enhance the legal and spiritual-moral literacy of students. Special attention was given to issues of crime prevention, violence, extortion in schools, and early marriages.

Students were provided with information about the norms of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Experts explained the consequences of theft, mass brawls, and extortion, as well as clarified how minors and their parents can be held accountable.

During the discussion, issues of child rights protection were also addressed, where participants were informed about:

- measures to combat violence and exploitation;

- where to turn in case of rights violations;

- the responsibilities of children and parents before the law.

The organizers emphasized the importance of organizing leisure activities for youth and providing social support for young people. Topics of spiritual and moral education were touched upon, such as respect for parents and teachers, adherence to ethical norms and laws.

Additionally, specialists discussed the negative consequences of early marriages, the protection of adolescent girls' rights, and the prevention of domestic violence.
