According to the new resolution, the zero VAT rate for feed intended for agricultural fish will be in effect until December 31, 2027. The benefit applies to feed identified by the codes HS 2309 90 1000, 2309 90 3100, and 2309 90 9609. In order to take advantage of this tax benefit, feed producers must make direct deliveries to fish farming enterprises.
This measure is aimed at reducing the costs for fish farmers, stimulating the growth of local production, and maintaining stable prices for products. Additionally, the previously applicable item 2 of the list of goods subject to zero VAT will no longer be relevant. The resolution will come into effect seven days after its official publication.
