18-year-old driver in Karakol fined 20,000 som for fake license plate

A video has appeared on social media capturing the moment when a driver operates a vehicle with a fake state license plate.

The press service of the Traffic Police Department of the Issyk-Kul region reported that a "Honda CR-V" vehicle was identified and stopped in connection with this case.

It was established that the driver was an 18-year-old citizen of Karakol.

As a result of the inspection, it was found that the vehicle had a counterfeit state license plate.

Following this incident, the vehicle was impounded, and the driver was fined 20,000 soms.
