Eldar Zhakypbekov, who previously held the position of head of the GKNB department in Bishkek, is now in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the capital.
According to available information, his detention is related to a case that is under the jurisdiction of the Military Prosecutor's Office. Currently, details about the case have not been disclosed.
Ulan Biibosunov, appointed as the head of the Main GKNB Directorate in Bishkek, previously led the internal investigations service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and worked as an advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs.
