As a result of the signed decrees, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, appointed temporary leaders for several ministries:
- Urmattbek Shamyrkanov has been appointed as the acting Minister of Emergency Situations, and his candidacy will be submitted for approval to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for appointment to the ministerial position.
- Talantbek Soltobaev has become the acting Minister of Transport and Communications, and his candidacy will also be sent for approval to the parliament.
- Akyil Toktobaev has been appointed as the acting Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, and his candidacy will be submitted for approval to the Jogorku Kenesh.
