
According to reports from the GKNB, patients in these centers were subjected to violence: they were subdued using electric shock devices, tied to furniture, and placed in isolated rooms, causing them both physical and serious psychological trauma.
Additionally, during inspections, prohibited potent psychotropic drugs were discovered and seized, which were used on the patients.
As a result of the conducted operations, seven individuals were taken into custody, including "E.u.Ch.", "K.K.B.", "R.F.S.", "Zh.A.Z.", "K.E.", "R.V.G.", and "M.A.A.", who are the leaders and employees of these centers.









Also, during the investigation, two cases of patient deaths were established, which occurred while receiving treatment at the "Bishkek-Mayak" center.
Currently, the GKNB KR is conducting all necessary operational activities to clarify the circumstances of these tragic cases, based on which a legal assessment will be provided.
