The incident took place on the night of February 14. Three men, being in a state of intoxication, arrived from the capital to the village of Petrovka in the Moscow district, where they got into a conflict with two local residents. The argument escalated into a fight, during which one of the visitors used a knife and inflicted injuries on one of the locals. After the incident, the Bishkek residents left in a Honda car.
A case has been initiated under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The law enforcement agencies detained T.Zh. and T.M., both born in 2003. The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
