The system will include the automation of key processes such as:
- accepting applications in digital format;
- verifying attached documents;
- the ability to pay for services via QR code;
- sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving signed protocols using electronic digital signatures (EDS);
- decision-making by the director of the Center in electronic form;
- creating electronic certificates with QR codes;
- maintaining a registry of registered drugs;
- launching a module for search and analytics.
The system will ensure the complete transition of all service stages to a digital format. Applicants will be able to submit documents online using EDS and track the status of their applications in real time. The Center will automatically generate and send electronic responses.
The implementation of this system will create a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center. In the future, integration of the AIS with other state information systems is planned, which will expand the functional capabilities of the project.
