Inspectors from the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Jalal-Abad region conducted an operational investigation, during which a case of illegal hunting was recorded.
Based on information received from citizens, activities were organized on the same day, and a request was sent to the Toktogul District Internal Affairs Department to identify the offenders.
As a result of the raid, it was established that residents of the village of Kara-Jyghach illegally caught and used 9 chukars without the use of firearms.
A protocol was drawn up regarding this incident, and in accordance with current legislation, the offenders were fined 12,500 soms. Additionally, according to Government Resolution No. 224, the damage was assessed at 36,000 soms for the captured birds.
