On February 18 of this year, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic made a decision to register deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from the multi-mandate constituency No. 13.
According to information from the CEC of the KR, this decision was made in accordance with Article 65 of the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic," as well as based on the CEC of the KR resolution dated February 13, 2026, No. 14, and Articles 4 and 8 of the Constitutional Law "On the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic." As a result, the following deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from the multi-mandate electoral constituency No. 13 were registered:
- Aybek Altynbekov;
- Talant Turdumamatovich Mamytov;
- Aigul Asanovna Karabekova.
