The post of the head of the press service of the Jogorku Kenesh Office has been appointed to Zhainak Usen uulu. This decision was made by Speaker Marlen Mamataliyev.
Zhainak Usen uulu has significant experience in the media field. He served as the general director of "TRK NTS" from 2015 to 2019, and then headed the Public Broadcasting Corporation of Kyrgyzstan in 2019-2020.
He is also one of the authors and initiators of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Television and Radio Broadcasting".
In addition, Zhainak Usen uulu actively worked in the area of transitioning to digital broadcasting, leading the LLC "Digital Technologies" from 2015 to 2019.
Previously, the head of the press service, Zhayil Ruslanov, will now work as a speechwriter for the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.
