In the Manas district of the Talas region, archaeologists have completed a large-scale study covering an area of 50,000 hectares, resulting in the identification of over 3,000 new cultural heritage sites. This information was presented by archaeologist K. Akmatov at a meeting organized by the Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, Mirbek Mambetaliev.

According to the ministry's press service, the meeting focused on the quality implementation of archaeological work in the context of land transformation and the preservation of historical and cultural values.

The minister emphasized the need for more active collaboration in conducting research, especially in light of the increase in construction activities, and suggested selecting one district in each region for comprehensive study.

Archaeologists noted that providing necessary maps and documents related to the studied land plots is critically important for successful work.

In conclusion, Mirbek Mambetaliev highlighted the necessity to continue work this year by selecting one district in seven regions of the country.
