During the inspection, sanitary conditions in establishments such as "Al-Baraka," "Azizulo," "Sultan Kebab," and "Muslim" were analyzed. The center issued directives indicating the need to eliminate identified violations within three days.
As a result of the inspection, the owners of the café "Al-Baraka," H.N., and "Sultan Kebab," T.S., were fined 5,000 soms for insufficient compliance with sanitary requirements.
As for the owner of the café "Muslim," since he had already been fined 5,000 soms in 2025, his establishment was deemed compliant this time. Specialists from the center conducted explanatory work with him.
