As a result of the inspection, 9 individuals were detained for violating fishing regulations. It was established that they used prohibited fishing methods.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators, and in accordance with current legislation, the following measures were taken:
- 9 violators were fined a total of 9,000 soms under Article 266, Part 1 of the Code of Offenses;
- decisions were made to recover damages from 6 individuals in the amount of 8,080 soms according to Government Resolution No. 224.
Experts emphasized that illegal extraction of biological resources causes significant harm to the ecosystem and leads to a sharp decline in fish populations.
