The Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, signed a decree introducing a temporary ban on the export of mineral fertilizers from Kyrgyzstan beyond the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. This ban will be in effect for six months and does not cover cases related to humanitarian aid or customs transit.

It is important to note that this ban does not apply to mineral fertilizers that were previously imported from third countries and were found to be of inadequate quality. Government agencies have been instructed to intensify efforts to prevent the illegal export of certain types of mineral fertilizers.
